You will be asked to sign the waiver upon arrival.Honey Rose Pamper Parties – Parent/Guardian Consent, Liability Waiver & TermsParent/Guardian PermissionI, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the child named above, give full consent for them to take part in a children’s pamper party organised and delivered by Honey Rose Pamper Parties.I understand that the party may include a range of pampering activities such as (but not limited to) mini manicures, foot spa treatments, facials, hair styling, glitter for hair and face, and additional beauty-related services.1.⁠ ⁠Liability WaiverI acknowledge that although Honey Rose Pamper Parties takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in any activity involves some inherent risk.By signing this document, I voluntarily accept all risks associated with my child’s involvement. I agree to release and hold harmless Honey Rose Pamper Parties, including its owners, employees, contractors, and volunteers, from any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or property damage occurring during or as a result of the event.2.⁠ ⁠Health & Medical ConsentBy signing, I confirm the following: • My child is in suitable health and physically able to join in the planned activities. • I give permission for basic first aid to be administered if necessary. • In an emergency where I cannot be reached, I authorise staff from Honey Rose Pamper Parties to obtain appropriate medical care for my child. • I understand that any medical costs incurred will remain my responsibility.3.⁠ ⁠Allergy & Sensitivity NoticeI understand that Honey Rose Pamper Parties uses a variety of products that may include common allergens or potential skin irritants.I agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical information about my child before the event and inform staff of any updates.I acknowledge that a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed and therefore agree not to hold the business or its staff responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes.4.⁠ ⁠Photography & Video PermissionI grant permission for Honey Rose Pamper Parties to take photographs and/or video recordings of my child during the event. These images may be used for promotional or marketing purposes, including social media, websites, printed materials, or advertising.I understand that no compensation will be given for the use of these images.If I prefer my child not to be photographed or filmed, I agree to inform staff in writing before the event takes place.5.⁠ ⁠Acknowledgement & Terms AgreementBy signing below, I confirm that: • I have read and understood all sections of this consent and waiver form. • I have had the chance to ask any questions regarding the activities, safety, or policies. • I agree to support and follow all rules and guidelines set by Honey Rose Pamper Parties. • I understand that this form applies to this event and any future events my child attends with Honey Rose Pamper Parties unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to space we ask that no more than 3 parents stay during the party. This helps us give the girls the best possible experience.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your party start time as we’ll be busy ensuring everything is perfect for your party

If your party includes mini manicures please ensure all nail polish has been removed before arriving. This allows us enough time to complete everyone’s nails.

If your party includes hair styling please ask the guests to arrive with their hair unstyled where possible. Hair that’s already been styled or sprayed can be difficult for us to restyle into their chosen look.

Our make up experience includes face glitter, eye shadow, mascara, blusher and sparkly lipstick If you require a full ingredients list for any of the products we use please let us know and we will be happy to send this over

We’ve recently updated what we offer regarding food Due to the increasing number of allergies and specific dietary requirements we’ve changed our party food to Ice Cream Sundae’s as part of the experience Each guest will be able to choose from 4 delicious ice cream flavours along with a wide selection of sprinkles, sauces and toppings to create their own magical sundae We also provide personalised Honey Rose iced biscuits for all guests to enjoy during the party or take home If you require a full ingredients list for any of food we supply please let us know and we will be happy to send this over  If this isn’t suitable for any of the guests you’re more than welcome to bring along your own treats or snacks.

If you would like to bring a birthday cake we’ll gather everyone together at the end of the party to sing Happy Birthday If you’d like us to cut and portion the cake please bring along some tubs or containers so guests can take their cake home. One of our previous customers brought small takeaway tubs which worked perfectly and were so easy for the children to carry

On arrival each guest will choose a mocktail from our mocktail menu freshly made for them  Each child can enjoy up to two mocktails during the party and we’ll also have pink juice and water available throughout the experience

A £50 non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking and then the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the party.
